Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process instead.
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be refunded.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@myboylikes.com with photos of the defect.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
